Navoday Biocare Healthcare And Welfare Society SamitiEnvironmental Awareness
As part of the National Environmental Awareness Campaign, the organization organized the program in which the heads of the city, Government officials, well-known journalists, and prominent social workers, all of the city participated. The institution presented many beautiful plays to be aware of the environment and the girls mesmerized the people by presenting music related to environmental awareness. After this, all of them did the work of tree planting, in this about 300 plants were planted. There were different types of plants such as guava, mahua, neem, eucalyptus, etc. The program was concluded after the social activists had addressed it.
Health Awareness Camps
For health awareness, the organization organized a camp in which around 40 children, 60 women, and 85 men participated. Reasonable and necessary information was provided to everyone by the institution and some essential medicines were also distributed. Such as the medicine of malaria, water powder, condoms, and birth control pills, thus the organization that organized the camp was successful and tolerable.
Women Health Awareness Camp
This health awareness camp is going in about 75 villages in June and July. Runs especially for the elderly, children, and women. In this, the child and mother were tested for all the diseases and they were treated freely. All kinds of common diseases like bones and joints pain, asthma, cholera, fever, etc. were treated, children and their mothers were also given all such treatment, especially during the birth of children. 200 elderly and 150 women were treated in it. There were about 10 such camps in which people were informed about welfare schemes being run by Sanstha for the welfare of all.
Vaccination, family planning, pulse polio campaign, blind prevention program, birth control program; people of rural areas participated extensively in the implementation of other national programs.
Education Awareness Camp
The organization organized education and awareness programs in Bhopal. In which people were made aware for education, similarly the capability of intelligence is not reading. It is right that study increases the power but also to be educated, that is, there is strong willpower to execute it in addition to reading and writing. For this, such arrangements should be made so that a common standard is established in education and literacy so that one who can rise above caste, creed and religion, etc. to form the right mindset and during this program, free books were distributed among poor children. 162 people took part in this program and the program was concluded after that book distribution was done among students.
Program for The Disabled
Through this year, various training programs were organized to create self-confidence in people with disabilities, like bone disabilities, alcoholism, mental disabilities, women, and men. In those programs, the boys and girls were trained in such tasks which could be used to help their families financially. Poor, and destitute people, handicapped living below the poverty line were imparted computer typing training by the institution, and by giving training in music, dance, etc., the president of the institution said that the organization will provide free training on these.
Cleaning Awareness Camp
The families living below the poverty line by the organization and the slum dwellers were given various types by our activists regarding sanitation. They were advised to implement it in daily life to make their surroundings clean and neat.
Blood Camp
The blood camp was organized in the Bhopal district by the organization in which about 38 women and 56 men participated. T-shirts and fruits etc. were distributed by the organization.
Vocational Training
The institute has trained women to stand on their feet in which training was given for all types of sewing, converging work, computer training, food processing, etc. So that women can save money by doing sewing work in their homes and make it a means of getting employment which will not only improve their economic condition but also increase their confidence. About 70-100 women were trained in tailoring by the organization, out of which 40 women have started their business at home level.
Mask Distribution
With the help of a social activist organization has made cotton masks indoors with the help of hundreds of women and pledged to bring it to the needy people. So far, more than five thousand masks have been given to the people. Considering the scarcity of large masks in the market due to the Corona epidemic, she collaborated with these women and decided to make cotton masks. It is a mask made of simple cotton cloth. It can be used daily by washing it and drying it properly.
Free Cancer Consultation and treatment Camp
NBHWSS aims to provide affordable healthcare to cancer sufferers and raise awareness about cancer prevention and treatment. Regarding this, we have arranged free cancer consultation and treatment camp collaboratively with Devi Ahilya Cancer Hospital and Research Center, Indore, on 10th July 2022 in Bhopal. Through this camp, we have provided an opportunity for cancer patients regardless of their financial status to receive professional medical advice and treatment for their disease free of cost. Reputed medical professionals were present at the camp to conduct free screenings and provide consultations, and free medications, as prescribed by considering their health status.
